Timber plants
The wood material industry is an important part of the saw mill and wood industry. We are a reliable supplier to plant manufacturers in this industry. Our products are used to manufacture wood material products in a wide variety of applications. An example from fiberboard manufacturing:
- In wet scrubbing: Using water to separate stones, sand and metals from wood chips
- In pulping: During hydrothermal wood chip pre-processing in a pre-steaming vat
- In the boiler: When boiling wood chips at a vapor pressure between 6 and 10 bar
- In the refiner (pulper): Feeding fibers through the blowline into the dryer using steam
- In the dryer: Using systems with indirect heating, e.g. air heating via steam- or thermal oil heat exchangers
- In the energy system (e.g. steam boiler): Heating the heat transfer mediums required for production, such as vapor, thermal oil or boiler flue gas
