Paper manufacture
Even in the digital age, paper manufacture remains an important part of the global economy. A variety of raw materials are combined to produce the different products, e.g. paper for printing, paperboard, cardboard, papier mâché, wallpaper, etc.
RTK products are used in the systems to produce paper materials in a wide variety of areas – for example in:
- Sulphate processes (paper manufacture): Boiling and boiling down the base
- Drying cellulose: Use of steam-heated drying cylinder
- Processes for dissolving the raw materials needed for paper manufacture (the raw materials are transported from the manufacturing plant to the paper machine in water)
- Supplying water for pumps – for cooling or purification purposes
- Producing low steam pressure, mainly for drying the paper in the machine.
Virtually all RTK products are used here.
